Sonoma’s Best Hospitality Group is delighted to partner with Aubrey and Tyler O’Laskey in building Folktable. Hailing from Washington State and Florida respectively, Aubrey and Tyler met while attending the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. They each gained prestigious experience during the course of their studies. Aubrey earned her Sommelier Level 1 Certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers, and Tyler interned for acclaimed chef Dan Barber, learning a deep appreciation for sourcing ingredients from local pastures and farms for large scale events.

 

After completing their culinary studies, Aubrey and Tyler got married and moved west to be closer to Aubrey’s family. In Reno, Nevada, they started their first farm-to-table catering business. The pair garnered praise throughout Reno-Tahoe and California with their commitment to designing highly personalized menus for each client.

 

Called to Sonoma by the rich culture of artisanal cuisine, Aubrey and Tyler begin Folktable. This is the latest incarnation of their commitment to sparking joy and wonder through locally sourced food, bespoke wine pairings, and gracious hospitality.
