A California native, Greg Poulios has more than 30 years of experience working in the hospitality industry. After assisting in the opening of iconic San Francisco restaurant One Market, he worked at Farallon and then led the opening of Zuppa. Greg also worked in production and events at Pixar Animation Studios.
Greg has a passion for catering and events. He was able to further pursue this passion most recently as the Dining and Catering Director at the International House at U.C. Berkeley, where he managed and directed a catering team and oversaw more than 600 events a year.
In 2018, Greg designed and opened Creekwood Restaurant in Berkeley. A graduate of U.C. Berkeley, Greg has a Bachelor’s degree in history and a Masters of Management from the Hotel School at Cornell University
